Yoga and Meditation for Beginners is a welcoming introduction to the timeless practices of classical yoga and meditation.

Each class builds on the previous one, offering a structured and progressive approach to help you develop your practice over time. While each session is unique, they are all interconnected to guide you step-by-step through your learning journey.

Taught in clear, easy-to-understand English, the course covers a range of foundational techniques, including yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, concentration, and meditation.

We begin with simple movements, gradually progressing to more advanced yoga postures as you gain strength, flexibility, and confidence. The meditation practices will be introduced step-by-step, so by the end of the course, you will have the skills to continue your practice independently at home if you wish.

Practical Information:

  • Classes are available both at the school and online.
  • Yoga mats and blankets are provided in the yoga room.
