Yoga and Meditation – light Intermediate
Are you ready to take your yoga practice to the next level?
This course is for those who have already had a taste of yoga in a Beginners’ course with us and want to build on what you've learned.

What can you expect?
We will explore the Classical yoga poses, learn to hold them longer, and build more stability and strength.
The breathing exercises will become more advanced, and you’ll experience how they can calm the mind and energize the body.
We’ll also deepen our meditation practice, sitting a bit longer.

Why join?
The more you practice—both in class and on your own—the stronger your connection to the depth of yoga will become. You’ll experience inner balance and energy that you can carry with you into everyday life.

The course will be taught in easy-to-understand English, so you’ll feel comfortable and be able to follow along regardless of your native language. You can choose to attend in person or online, depending on what works best for you.

We look forward to sharing this journey with you.
